30-day money-back guarantee
Mile Club (a trading name of Michael Evans) offers a full money-back guarantee on Mile Club subscriptions for 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. If the Service isn't right for you within that window, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refund requests are handled directly by Paddle on our behalf.
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the Mile Club order and select Request a refund.
- Alternatively, reply to your Paddle receipt email and ask for a refund — the Paddle support team will process it.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewal refunds
Mile Club is a recurring subscription. After the initial 30-day window, renewal payments (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. However, if a renewal was charged within the last 14 days and you have not actively used the Service since the renewal, contact Paddle and we'll review the request on a case-by-case basis.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the UK and EU right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days where applicable.
