These Terms apply to all Mile Club websites and services, including mile48.co.uk and mile24.co.uk.
1. Who you're contracting with
Mile Club is a trading name of Michael Evans, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). Mile Club provides the flight discovery services available at mile48.co.uk and mile24.co.uk (together, "the Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to Mile Club, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind it. Otherwise you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. The Service
Mile Club, which includes the Mile48 and Mile24 flight search products, is a flight discovery service for travellers departing the UK. Mile48 curates cheap Friday-evening weekend departures; Mile24 surfaces the cheapest next-24-hour getaways. We provide live transit and event alerts, and — for Mile Club subscribers — deep-link booking URLs and full deal logistics. Mile Club is not a travel agent or airline; we do not sell flights or issue tickets.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent purposes.
- Send spam or attempt to phish other users.
- Infringe any intellectual property rights.
- Probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, or introduce malware.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service.
- Circumvent paywalls, share account credentials, or evade usage limits.
4. Intellectual property
All software, content, branding, copy, and design that make up the Service are owned by Michael Evans (trading as Mile Club) or licensed to us. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trip planning.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
All payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Mile Club is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual). The standard tiers cover Mile48; the Mile360 tier unlocks both Mile48 and Mile24 from the same subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through paddle.net or via the link in your Paddle receipt; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Service availability and accuracy
We work hard to keep Mile Club fast, accurate, and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Flight prices, transit alerts, and event data are pulled from third parties and may change between the moment we display them and the moment you book. Always confirm fares, baggage policy, and travel conditions directly with the airline or operator before purchasing.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay for a subscription, are suspected of fraud, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription via paddle.net.
9. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, missed flights, lost bookings, or wasted travel costs.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice, which covers all Mile Club services.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers resident in the EU may also bring proceedings in their country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
